These Terms govern your use of Blockalysis (the "Service"), a blockchain analytics tool that produces informational risk assessments for cryptocurrency addresses and transactions. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Informational use only
Risk scores, labels and reports are automated, probabilistic estimates derived from public blockchain data and third-party sources. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, compliance or investment advice. You are responsible for your own compliance decisions and for independently verifying any result before acting on it.
2. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Blockchain data and sanctions lists change over time and results may be incomplete or out of date.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harass, dox or defame any person.
- Do not attempt to overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service.
- Free demo checks are rate-limited; automated access requires an API plan.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blockalysis and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the Service.
